Hey! I’m Zane Steven Gromyko, a game developer with a passion for helping creative teams stay organized, focused, and excited about what they’re building. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can keep the momentum going, clear roadblocks, and make sure every team member has what they need to succeed. Whether it's building task pipelines, refining game systems, or running team check-ins, I enjoy being the one who brings structure without stifling creativity.
Right now, I'm developing All-Star Baseball, a roguelike sports game made in Godot that combines the intensity of arcade-style gameplay with the strategic depth of modern roguelikes. The project lets me experiment with progression systems, game feel, and feature balancing — all while managing the full production cycle solo. I’m responsible for everything from player mechanics and UI to sprint planning and polish passes.
No matter the project, I’m most at home in roles where I get to connect people, untangle problems, and help shape games that players will love.
